Our organic freeze dried banana slices have a delicious savoury taste as the bananas are harvested in season when they are ripe and all organic.

The bananas strict quality process includes going through a vacuum chamber to freeze-dry them by lowering the pressure to remove all the water in the fruit. This low temperature drying method preserves the taste of the fruit, and its good nutrients as if it were freshly picked.
